[Feature]: Add waypoints to expose last path for non-STG tokens

Describe the Problem

On gridded maps, Expose > Last path will reveal FoW at all waypoints (and other points, if configured). But on gridless maps, or non-STG tokens, FoW is not revealed at waypoints, which is surprising.

The Solution you'd like

Expose > Last path should expose fog of war at every waypoint along the path.
