[Feature]: Remember Sound Volume setting.

Describe the Problem

On every reload of MT the volume setting resets to 100%. It would be nice if it remembered what we set it at so we didn't have to keep re-setting it.

The Solution you'd like

For MT to retain the volume setting.

Alternatives that you've considered.

Reduce the default to 50%.

Additional Context

Players often complain that sounds I trigger are "too loud". They can, of course, adjust their MT volume down... but if they forget to, they get "blasted" by the first sound that goes off. This wouldn't happen so often if MT remembered their volume settings. If we can't get volume memory, I'd prefer it defaulted to 50%.
