Add moving background to "Teraz gramy" button #75

"Teraz gramy" button is to have a moving background. There are no clear requirements in terms of the direction of the animation, personally I'd recommend synchronizing it with the stream's RDS. Check whether a GIF or a flutter animation is more resource-efficient.
