Feature request: "Refresh to Clear Read Articles" setting on macOS #4409

The iOS app has the "Refresh to Clear Read Articles" setting:

Can the macOS version get the same setting?

Without this, I am:

Marking articles as read
Using View > Clean Up Articles

But ideally I could enable the "Refresh to Clear Read Articles" setting, then:

Mark articles as read
Hit the refresh icon in the UI, to load any new articles and remove the read ones
