We need some way to broadcast a metronome ticker, synchronized between all room clients.

Ideas

Broadcast MIDI Clock sync from server
Broadcast a simple time signature from server
- 1,2,3,4,1... messages
Use time-of-day (depend on client computer clocks) to mark a 'start time'
