Uncertainty for Nested Sampler

the MultiNest algorithm is capable of calculating uncertainty in model selection, but our current implementation does not do this. Investigate how this can be added and implement it as a result.

Yeh, but it is calculated in similar codes. e.g. here from pyUltranest.... https://github.com/JohannesBuchner/UltraNest/blob/687178bf554e3dba55bbb66e2b65c0500b609e70/ultranest/integrator.py#L855 JohannesBuchner/UltraNest#63 ....(line 855). It's not implemented in our codes, but it seems to come from 'H', which we display, but don't output..... A
