Issue Description

There is a small issue with UI on the members page user profile section is not fixed when we are scrolling the contributions tooltip.

Expected Behavior

It should be fixed so that when anybody wants to click users social such as LinkedIn or Github he/she doesn't need to scroll whole above again.

Current Behavior

Currently, if we scroll to the bottom then we need to go back and then click the button
