Create a docker hub account for RDS and update the access token in the CI

Steps

• Create a docker hub account for Realdevsquad from here https://hub.docker.com/signup if not already created, if already created then log in from here

• Go to user profile -> account settings -> security or open this link https://hub.docker.com/settings/security

• Once the settings page is open, create a new access token for pushing the build from CI to the docker hub

  • Provide the token description and give read and write access to it

• Copy the token and the username used in docker hub account and set it in the GitHub Actions

• more steps to be updated (WIP -> will need to see if this token can be used as a global token to be used by all actions)
