RDS users will raise OOO requests and those requests will be acknowledged (approve/reject) by only superusers.
Simplify the approval/rejection process of OOO requests.
Provide super users comprehensive access to OOO details
Enable transparency and seamless tracking of out-of-office requests.
Improve response times of OOO requests.
Current Behavior
Currently, RDS users are putting OOO and it's directly changing their users' status. There is no acknowledging process. Superusers are manually checking out-of-office (OOO) requests.

Issue Description
Create a feature that allows super users to acknowledge OOO ( out-of-office ) requests raised by RDS users.
