The Rectify11 theme is not fully and correctly applied to Explorer

Description

When I installed Rectify11 and restart, I noticed that Explorer did not apply the improved themes and colors as expected (picture below:)



Additionally, when I try to select a file in Explorer, the items I click on are not highlighted.

I installed it on another virtual machine with the same Windows version, but the problem did not reproduce.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install the latest Github action version of Rectify11
2. Apply light theme option
3. Restart computer

I am a similar version of Windows, and I have the same problem. Reinstallation doesn't work.
