Look into making an easy system for adding notifications

Adding notifications is a relatively common thing for mods, it may make sense to look into making it easy to add them, if the default way is too complicated.

Alternatively, wrapping it to include some indicator or control as to which mod / monkey a notification comes from and disabling / enabling it, tying into #6 for notification settings specifically.

With user join leave notifications implemented in vanilla now, this is probably less of a priority but still a feature that can be added
