Mostly seeing the bayonet filter adapters break.
Out of the parts we had assembled or in stock for assembly, 5 were found with broken filter ports.
Unit 1 broke from stress while in use, probably angular jolt to the filter without anything to prevent it from moving that way, like the newly introduced nub.
Units 13 and 15, as well as 2 more unlabeled units also had broken ports. Uncertain circumstances for how that happened.
Attached is a picture of one of the unlabeled units that was probably part of a dead-end development prototype.
These issues have likely been solved by introduction of "the nub". Just documenting this so that the fact is preserved and known in the future.
