偶尔会遇到chrome://inspect白屏问题..

网上一般的结论是：没有翻墙

配置VPN后还是失败。

然后解决步骤是：

chrome://appcache-internals/# 然后remove掉所有
访问: https://chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com/
