The main issue with build artifacts is that they will be automatically deleted in 6 months, as stated on the AppVeyor page:

Hence if you don't make any commit in 6 months, the file will no longer be available.
So this is more like a temporary workaround than a proper solution.

The best would be to publish on GitHub a release with the MSI installer and the standalone EXE file.
The GitHub release page is lacking the latest release (no update since 2015?): https://github.com/RicoSuter/VisualJsonEditor/releases
It makes it hard to keep track of new version available.
