Currently the
TotalOverallSignalImportanceCalculator.pydoesn't auto detect that new weighted signals that are used by MGM & it needs manual tweaking within the file to update it for the new indicator names used.It would be a nice improvement to automatically detect the signal names used from within
mgm-config-hyperopt.jsonto eliminate manual work for creating the signal importance reports.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
