环境变量也是配置的重要一环，建议一起干掉 #25

考虑到各种环境变量，也是重要的一个配置项，建议一起初始化掉。
能想到的有：

javahome、gopath等一众“重要”环境变量。
使用gredle之类工具里面，私有库的证书、git配置、git的ssh配置等。
git的配置，比如啥core.longpath, ssl之类的还是挺让人头疼的。
应该不用把.vscode，.vs干掉吧。。。这个有点过分了。（如果不在git库里面也推荐干掉）
