I am trying to calibrate the simulator with another sensor (the DIGIT), but it seems we require a gelmap.npz file to reproduce the shape of the gel. In this repo there's the file related to the gelsight but I was wondering how can I create this kind of file for my sensor.

Hi, thanks for bringing this up! If you can find a DIGIT sensor soft elastomer's mesh model, you can output it as a point cloud or a depth map from a virtual camera. I believe the gelmap5.npy is a depth map.
