Coordinator is not compatible with RoboSats backend

The current demonstrator coordinator is more or less a exchange implementation on its own. To integrate it with RoboSats it should be able to get closely integrated in the existing infrastructure.
Improvements could be made by using the same database as the existing Robosats exchange backend, aligning the API with the RoboSats API, maybe adding python bindings to integrate it as library in the existing backend instead of running separately.
