In the previous website, the videos were part of the site data. This is not ideal. They should be uploaded to youtube and linked here.

A lot of old website data needs to be moved to youtube. Also, in many place we have directly uploaded the paper's pdf. We should instead link the appropriate arxiv or IEEE address.

Specifically the data in old_website/videos, old_website/uploads, and old_website/people

Further, some data from new website might need to be uploaded on YouTube as well #2
