Rather than dumping everything JS related into the main directory, we should structure this sensibly.

Move jQuery into its own directory somewhere.
Move any site specific scripts into a "sites" directory.
Keep fsainsert.js and fsabg.js (or whatever they might be called in future) in the main directory.
Perhaps move icons top level directory to the images folder?
