Set system hardware thresholds through config file

The tool would be more customizable and fit more use cases if the system requirements were set through a config file. They should have default values if there is no config file present.
Should include values for the following, as well as flags for each if they are going to be used in a config grouping.
CPU(S)
Ram
Ram Tolerance
Disk space
Kernel
OS
