First of all, thanks for taking the time to make this mod. Works great !

Just to let you know that the mod doesn't consider if there's an in-game FPS cap limit set (ie. set to 60) and is actually considered as if it's in Unlimited.

That's known and I've looked into getting the game to respect the limit in the options, but haven't found a way to do it. Most likely doable but the effort is not worth it when the user can just set their own limit externally via tools like RivaTuner.

Another option is injecting new code and letting the user set the limit in a config file, but again, that requires writing new code, which is extra work for something that can be done easily via the aforementioned tools.
