I'm not sure if this is a conflict with another mod I'm using, but the sliders in-game have an increased width whenever this mod is active. This is not a big deal but is very aesthetically displeasing. Furthermore, when a setting using the slider is set to the maximum allowed value, the width of the slider makes it appear to fall off the edge. I haven't been able to find anything in the config file to disable this, and all resource packs were disabled besides the fabric mod resources. I can include a list of mods if necessary.

This is definitely a mod compatibility issue. Could you give me your list of mods?

I have a lot of mods so I did some testing on a new instance to make your job easier. I narrowed down the source of the incompatibility to "Slight GUI Modifications" or its dependencies.

Full Mod List (version #):
'Slight' GUI Modifications (2.6.1)
Architectury (9.1.12)
Cloth Config v11 (11.1.106)
Fabric API (0.86.1+1.20.1)
Mod Menu (7.2.1)
Sodium (0.4.10+build.27)
Stackables (1.3.0)

It is worth mentioning that the 'Slight' GUI Modifications mod has options to modify the slider, however, enabling/disabling these options does not seem to fix the issue. Another thing to consider is that this testing took place in Minecraft version 1.20.1, which as far as I can tell is not an officially supported version. I did testing in 1.20 with the same mods (albeit different versions) and the issue remained, so that does not seem to be the issue.

The screenshot attached is the options menu when loading the game up with the mods listed above and their default configs. Hope this helps! (Sorry for the late response)
