Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install stackables and shulker+
  2. Grab a shulker box, an item of choice and an anvil
  3. Place the shulker in the first slot and the item for the shulker's label in the second
  4. Grab the resulting shulker and witness the duplication

Happens in both creative and survival but stops once stackables is removed. I figure this is in the same vein as the former issue with anvil renaming of stacks of items.
