Character Sheet management

Since we're getting closer to our launch window, and since we have most bot features either in development or finished, it's time to shift our focus to more management things. Such things include character sheets. As discussed internally, we wish to be able to host character sheets for players to use while using our bot.

The idea behind it is that:

• you should be able to generate a character sheet through either a PDF, a text file that were provide, or through Discord itself.
• we're could have default sheets on standby with stats generated by the roller functions

This is something to discuss and add onto, not just something to keep as a one-off issue here.
