As awesome as it is to hypothesize about uber builds for utterly Legendary'd characters, have a mode that allows users to plan against their best, currently available loot

Save item data to a persistence source

Toggle between "my items" and "unlimited" modes when doing character builds

Accept imports from neoncat's import tool?
