A few months ago, the issues tab disappeared with no warning, I really wanted to know why was it turned off. |

The main developer fully closed it because of the number of people opening new issues just to ask "how do I use this?" or having some kind of issue but then not reading the pinned instructions on what to do BEFORE opening an issue and how to properly create one if needed. People would just "My controller is acting strange in-game, what update break it? Answer fast pleaseeeee!!". He re-opened it sometime later along with the new "discussions" feature that should be used the same manner as when creating an issue ticket (I mean, proving the necessary amount of information that is needed) but for more general troubleshooting. Alternatively, the discussions is a good place for questions like yours, asking for directions and other stuff. The discussion tab is helping a little, but many people are still mostly ignoring it anyway. The issue tracker should be used only for advanced users and developers who know how DS4Windows works and can identify when something is definitely not behaving as it should. |
