IDREF values referring to @id on removed elements

Just ran the migration on the Yale EAD set. There were only a few validation errors in the result set, mostly instances of ref elements with targets pointing to ids that had been on descgrp (which were stripped). Not sure what can be done about it - will require some modest manual cleanup.
