@rccreswell @I-Bouros I wanted to tidy up this repo before adding to zenodo for the current paper, however there seem to be more issues with the tests and doc hosting that I can fix now (or have access to fix in the case of the docs). Would you be able to look at this and then we can issue a release with the updated fixes? |

Update outdated numpy function calls in testing
Update testing version to 3.12 (note that an issue in version number parsing means I currently haven't included version 3.10 in the version matrix, as it is interpreted as 3.1)
