Make sure you are logged in to the SAP BTP cockpit as a Cloud Foundry administrator.

Choose Entitlements → Entity Assignments.

If there is no entry for the Cloud Foundry runtime, choose Configure Entitlements, and then Add Service Plans.

In the popup, proceed as follows:

Choose Cloud Foundry Runtime.

In the Available Plans section, select the MEMORY checkbox.
- Choose Add 1 Service Plan.

Choose Configure Entitlements → Add Service Plan.

In the Subaccount Entitlements dialog box, select the SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh service.

In the Service Details: Advanced Event Mesh screen area, select the default service plan.

Choose Add 1 Service Plan to add the SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh entitlement for your subaccount.

Choose Save.

In the SAP BTP cockpit, navigate to your subaccount, and choose Instances and Subscriptions.

Choose Create.

In the New Instance or Subscription popup, select the following:
- Service: SAP Integration suite, Advanced event mesh
- Plan: default

Click Next and enter the email address of admin.

Choose Create.

In the SAP BTP cockpit, navigate to your subaccount, and choose Instances and Subscriptions.

Select the Subscriptions tab, and look for SAP Integration suite, Advanced event mesh. Choose the three dots ... to open the relevant Actions. Choose Go to Application to open the SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh console.

Enter your custom Identity Provider credentials to log in to the SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh console which opens in a separate browser tab.

Choose Cluster Manager from left pane and then choose Create Service.

Enter the following details:
- Service Name: Facility Manager Messaging
- Service Type: Enterprise
- Cloud: Any Cloud Provider
- Region: Choose suitable cloud region. For example, EKS - Asia Pacific (Sydney).
- Broker Version: Default

Choose Create Service.

Go to the Connect tab and copy the connection details from the AMQP API.
These details are to be filled in the Set Up Facility Manager application.

Go to the Manage tab and copy the credentials from the SEMP REST API.
These details are to be filled in the Set Up Facility Manager application.

Go back to the Connect tab and copy the credentals from the REST API.
These details are to be filled in the Set Up Events in SAP SuccessFactors chapter.
Note: SAP Successfactors integration has restriction to use port number other than 443. This requires configuration in the SAP Integration Suite, advanced event mesh administrator console to switch the REST port to 443. Please refer Port configuration in Advanced Event Mesh chapter.
