In "Prepare job" the GITHUB_PULL_REQUEST_NUMBER arg is missing.

On another hand, there are other jobs https://infrabox.datahub.only.sap/dashboard/#/project/vsystem/build/11905/1/job/Create%20Jobs where it is present
