[B2BIFACTORY] test bug report

Hi Max,
feedback to this "Bug report" template while reviewing SAP note 3552285

In this template I would add the version of the artefacts used (e.g. iflow version).
Also the version of the underlying standard software like TPM, IA, CPI.
Hence two 2 sections: 1) Community artefact 2) SAP Integration Suite

Below one could add: "meaningful sceenshots of the different steps"

Furthermore add the hints from the SAP note here as well:

• Important: For issues related to community content provided by the B2B Integration Factory, please provide "[B2BIFACTORY]" in the issue title
• Please fill in the template and also share the respective integration package and integration flow IDs in the description section
• If you have opened an incident at SAP Support regarding community content provided by the B2B Integration Factory, we kindly ask you to close this incident and follow the GitHub issue reporting process
