nogle elementer på siden skal man kunne hover over og få en pop up, som fortæller noget om funktionaliteten

Har prøvet at implementere dem her.
Der er en tooltip.vue, som antageligvis er skrevet til dette formål, men på grund af manglende dokumentation har jeg ikke haft noget held med at implementere det. Det kan være @david-vinje kan kigge på lidt dokumentation i kompenenten?
