performance of /formList and /xformsManifest

Is there a scope to improve the serving time of these 2 pages? It would significantly speed up Enketo loading time of online views (e.g. for the widgets form, obtaining these two pages takes about 1 second). Some potential opportunities:

• cache both views until a form or media file is added/replaced (if caching isn't already done).
• for /formList implement formID querystring parameter (/formList?formID=widgets) to only show the requested form as specified here: https://bitbucket.org/javarosa/javarosa/wiki/FormListAPI

A good test account for /formList would be https://formhub.org/martijnr/formList (many forms)
and for /xformsManifest would be https://formhub.org/formhub_u/xformsManifest/Birds (many files)
