Some robot test failures do not generate log.html logs #492

This flow claims that a Robot test failed, but there is no log.html shown:

It's possible that this is related to #464 but in this case the problem is in test setup, not in suite initialization.

The dyno was probably dead by the time MetaCI tried to get the log.
