light.d.ts not published in npm package

Hello there!

In a project I'm working on, we are using the light Bottleneck, and I saw there were types in the repo, but they weren't published to npm.
This is inconvenient, since I now have to vendor in that file into my repository instead of relying on npm.

It would be great if you could publish it in the npm package.
