HPC-exporter metrics

I start this issue to discuss about the metrics to be managed by the component.

Indika: In general, performance metrics (job execution time and throughput), and cost metrics (resource usage metrics) would be useful for refactoring.

Karthee: I would be interested in Energy, IO, Network metrics.

@MarioMartReq , as discussed today, please check if the Prometheus push/pull mode is exporter or server configuration.

Performance metrics about memory, CPU, IO and network are standard and should be easy to obtain. In the other hand, real power consumption could be difficult, as it needs physical hardware to be obtained and at this point, I don't know if they have something like this installed. Worst case scenario for this last one is to get an approximation, but these tend to be fairly imprecise.
