Cancel booking button doesn't return 'parentAdded' to false

On clicking cancel booking, both the savedParent and academyBooking objects are reset but the parentAdded remains true. This results in the parent details form not showing and the child form showing, which should be the reverse. The issue is that the new details will not include the parent details and therefore the booking can't get posted and the user needs to refresh the page to reset it.
