Now that we have a sample repository with Gatsby Visual Editing enabled, we should clean it up so that we can hand it over to the TinaCMS team!

• Clean up repo (e.g. 1/2 example pages and content)
• ReadMe has a Description, F5 instructions and Setup Steps
• Remove all branding, TinaCMS team can add it back in
• Add your video(s) on adding Visual Editing with TinaCMS
• Hand repo over to TinaCMS team (probably requires Hugo)
