고정 금액 (FixedAmount)
퍼센트 금액(Percentage)

고려사항
어디에 저장할지?

일단 내 생각으로는 Product와 연결된 테이블(DiscountPolicy)을 하나 만들어서 판매자가 상품별로 할인 정책을 설정할 수 있게 하는 것
