Provide postcard layouts using Display Suite templates #302

Display Suite provides some default layouts that are not responsive. Open Framework already includes CSS for postcard layouts.

Create custom DS templates to match the four postcard layouts.

postcard-right
postcard-right-wrap

This isn't the responsibility of the Open Framework project.

And, this already exists over here: https://www.drupal.org/project/ds_bootstrap_layouts

7.x-1.x: Branch for Bootstrap 2
7.x-3.x: Branch for Bootstrap 3

The 7.x-1.x dev is what you want for Bootstrap 2.x.
