Backdrop CMS module port in progress

Hello,

I have begun a port to Backdrop CMS for the Stanford CAPx module for a project I am working on. I am focusing on my specific use case at this time, but should have a generally useable version at some point in the future. I am not certain of the process here in terms of community communication, but have opened an issue with the Backdrop CMS community as well.
