at this moment the SCIM endpoints: https://sram.surf.nl/api/scim/v2/Users/\<sram identifier> and
https://sram.surf.nl/api/scim/v2/Groups/\<sram identifier>
are publicly accessible.

Although the SRAM Identifiers are not easy guessable, we would like these endpoints protected
