We should move Fred out of Heroku cus we want to have him up 24/7 as our unpaid intern. Also, Sammy is getting tired of keeping him up manually.

Candidates are:

Azure (Sammy may have credits)
AWS (Zack may have credits)
Netlify (In this house we ❤️ Netlify)

This will be the main dev effort for this ticket as of right now. Anything else should come after this.
