Need to fix upload of data files to marketplace (Trac #932)

currently a max of 500 characters is allowed/line. 1 point has 3 numbers at 10 characters each with the !SasView default of 50 points leads to the file being rejected. Need to increase the upload limit .. maybe 5000 characters?
