Describe the bug
Ubuntu-latest will soon become ubuntu-24.04 for all Github runners. I'm not sure if this will affect us, but I wanted to document it, just in case.

actions/runner-images#10636

Based on the results of #3155, we shouldn't have any issue moving to 24.04.
