With the advent of 4.0 and the ability to drop in models, we need to develop a system whereby users can post their models for use by others before they are vetted and approved for incorporation into the release version.
This can get quite sophisticated of course (user votes on most useful, user comments/feedback, automatically access from withing !SasView etc) but for first go just a website that allows a user with a click of a button to upload their file along with description which then shows up on a download page with said description would be enough to get going.
