Check that orientational distribution works correctly. I did some tests with the 2D cylinder model and I have the impression that the orientation average over the orientation distribution is not calculated correctly. Please make sure that there is a sin(alpha) which does the projection on the detector with the polar angle ''alpha'' of the cylinder axis with respect to the beam. In the 1D average, it is done correctly.
