Check orientational distribution (Trac #733)

Check that orientational distribution works correctly. I did some tests with the 2D cylinder model and I have the impression that the orientation average over the orientation distribution is not calculated correctly. Please make sure that there is a sin(alpha) which does the projection on the detector with the polar angle ''alpha'' of the cylinder axis with respect to the beam. In the 1D average, it is done correctly.

This issue will be fixed automatically together with ticket 492, when theta is choosen as the lattitude of the cylinder axis with respect to the beam.
