several new library routines have been developed that mostly support both GPU and CPU and which are needed by a number of SASfit models that we expect to be uploaded to the marketplace. These should be added to the sasmodels library for general use

I think at this point this is an ongoing task (to add routines to the library that get used by a number of models in general) so clsoing this old ticket at this time.
