This repository contains the code required to reproduce the results from the manuscript 'Spatial omics of acute myocardial infarction reveals a novel mode of immune cell infiltration'.
This repository was created using workflowR to ensure reproducibility and accessibility. The repository contains description and links for processing of raw imaging data stored on Synapse using nextflow pipelines. For downstream, data analysis, the repo contains a mix of Rmarkdown scripts, as well as Jupyter notebooks.
